Amarnath Ravisankar, CEO
Amar has over 2 decades of experience in design, engineering, leadership, people and project management of Industrial automation and building automation projects encompassing system integration design, development and implementation of building services and systems.
Before taking up executive leadership, Amar has led a vibrant team of automation engineers in delivering control and compliance management solutions for Indian Pharmaceutical industry. He has proven track record of driving operational excellence, quality assurance, cost control and customer delight.
Amar has domain specialist experience in design, planning, development and implementation of overall building automation and industrial automation solutions for large scale projects.
Amar has expertise in providing leadership in master system integration between various building systems, services and third-party integration that includes HVAC, FAS, Fire suppression system, plumbing, lighting and other ELV systems.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. He has undergone several training programs and has acquired automation certifications from OEMS like Honeywell, Schneider, Tridium Niagara, American Auto-matrix, Bosch and many more.

Ramesh Selvaraj, Head Of Sales
Ramesh Selvaraj is the Associate Director in Sales and Business Development at Mactus Automation, bringing over 14 years of diverse experience in programming, project management, product development, and sales. Before his leadership role at Mactus, he successfully led a team of automation engineers in delivering compliance products and solutions to the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
Ramesh is skilled in product development and enhancement, utilizing customer voice-of-the-customer (VOC) insights to address pain points and meet client needs, ensuring the delivery of effective and user-friendly products. His expertise in 21 CFR Part 11 requirements is crucial for compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
Currently, Ramesh heads the Business Development and Sales for the Compliance and Custom Automation division at Mactus, leveraging his technical background to effectively manage technical sales. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka, and has completed various training programs with certifications in project management, program management, and business development and sales.

Sethurajan S, Engineering Manager
Mr. Sethurajan S is a seasoned BMS specialist with over 13 years of experience in the design, execution, and documentation of intelligent building solutions. He is proficient across the full project lifecycle, including system integration and commissioning. His expertise extends to EMS and ELV systems such as FAPA, ACS, DIS, CCTV, and networking infrastructure. Known for delivering scalable, compliant solutions, he combines strong technical documentation skills with hands-on execution to ensure efficient and reliable system deployment.
Currently, Sethurajan S oversees end-to-end project engineering, focusing on the design and execution of compliance-driven systems such as SACS, IRS, ASDS, and MPATS. He also leads system integration projects involving Building Automation, Customized Automation, and ELV systems, specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.
